Highlights of Jordano’s Mentalism Show

Jordano’s mentalism show features a series of unforgettable demonstrations that blend suspense, audience participation, and mind-altering moments.

One standout moment involves a three-pronged fishing hook placed in Jordano’s mouth. Several strings are attached, but only one is actually tied to the hook. A volunteer from the audience is invited to pull the strings one at a time, choosing freely each time. Despite the complete freedom of choice, the string connected to the hook is never selected, leaving the audience amazed at the seemingly impossible outcome.

Another memorable piece involves a simple drawing. An audience member is asked to sketch any image they like on a piece of paper. Without ever seeing the drawing, Jordano then recreates the picture himself—matching the details with surprising accuracy and leaving everyone wondering how it could be done.

The show also includes a dramatic demonstration involving four industrial staple guns. The tools are mixed so that one contains staples while the others do not. A volunteer chooses three of them at random. One by one, Jordano places the staple guns against his hand and pulls the trigger. For the final selection, the participant holds the gun to Jordano’s temple and presses the trigger themselves. Incredibly, none of these contain staples. The remaining staple gun is then fired into a piece of wood, proving that it was loaded the entire time.

There are many other astonishing moments throughout the performance that are best experienced live rather than explained in advance. Keeping some surprises hidden makes the show even more exciting for those in the audience.

The performance builds to a dramatic finale featuring an industrial nail gun connected to an air compressor. Jordano explains that he has memorized the exact sequence of nails within the cartridge. He then begins firing the nail gun, alternating between a wooden board and his own hand. Sometimes several shots land safely in the board before he turns the tool toward his hand again. Each time the gun is aimed at his hand, nothing but air is released. While he reassures the audience that everything is under control, the tension in the room leaves people wondering whether there might be real risk involved after all.

The close-up mentalism experience is perfect for smaller gatherings and relaxed settings. This style of performance happens right in front of your guests and features astonishing demonstrations using numbers, words, drawings, ESP cards, and more. Audience members often take part directly, and the results feel incredibly personal. In one moment, for example, I can even determine a spectators thought of card.

For larger audiences, the stage mentalism show is the ideal choice. This performance is commonly booked for dinner events, adult celebrations, corporate gatherings, and conferences. The show runs approximately 45–60 minutes and combines audience participation, mind-reading demonstrations, bold predictions, and high-impact moments that add suspense and excitement. By the end of the performance, guests are left amazed and wondering how any of it could possibly be done.

For events that want the full experience, both the close-up performance and the stage show can be booked together. When combined, the close-up mentalism portion is offered at 50% off, giving your guests the best of both interactive and stage entertainment.
